Me: Hello?
Female: Hi, this is ******* from SonyEricsson. I’m just calling to make sure you received the free upgrade for your T68i that we sent you.
Me: Yes, I did.
Female: Great! Have you sent your old T68 back yet?
Me: No, I didn’t.
Female: Well, we’re encouraging all of our customers to send back their old phones to comply with recycling guidelines. The postage is free with the included envelope.
Me: That’s nice, but I won’t be sending my old phone back.
Female: Oh. Why is that?
Me: Because the new phone lacks certain features that I require.
Female: Which features would those be?
Me: Bluetooth.
Female: Ok, then. Well, you can also send the new phone back in the envelope.
Me: …
Female: Or you can keep it.
Me: I think I’ll do that.
Female: Is there anything else I can do for you?
Me: I don’t think so.
