I Don’t Even Know Her

When I lived in Chicago, I had set up a Game Night crew. Every week or two we would get together and play D & D. Since we’ve moved to Viriginia, Hedda and I have been trying to set up something similar, but none of our friends here are really into role-playing games. I have finally found the right game for them.

Last night, I played poker with Hedda, Corey, Anne, Chris, Katie, and Kasey. It was a good game, and most of the people had never really played before. Heck, it was only my fourth time ever. Regardless, a good time was had by all. I won the game, much to Corey’s apparant surprise, and walked away with $23. It would have been more, but we paid for the pizza out of the pot. :-)
