I rarely remember my dreams. So when I do, I feel compelled to tell people about them. I had a dream last night that Heather and I were visiting Dave Edwards. Except he was in Iraq on a mission trip. He was helping to build dams in Tikrit to help control the water flow of the four canals entering the city. The dam, called a “T-dam”, was really a ditch into which the canal would flow, and was only about five feet across. In addition to being a really dumb way to build a dam, it seems that such a dam doesn’t even exist. And somehow I doubt Tikrit has four canals. And did I mention that Dave, who is currently working on his doctoral in computer science, was doing mechanical engineering stuff?
Dreams are weird.
